Nigil is a Brooklyn based photographer, visual artist, & producer. Originally from Atlanta, he is also a proud graduate of Hampton University. Upon graduating, Nigil moved to New York City and launched Nigil Crawford Photography. His eye for capturing an image is one that can be described as “exquisite.”

His ability to capture the essence of those in front of his lens have earned him the opportunity to work with media companies and individuals, both locally and globally.

Nigil’s portfolio contains one of a kind images showcasing a list of notable public figures and industry icons through whimsical storytelling. Beyond that, he understands the importance of being in control of your image and narrative. Armed with a camera, he’s effortlessly shot thousands of images that encapsulates the voice of his muses. As a Black creative, he aims to use photography as a tool of resistance while capturing history and fellow creatives in real time. He believes everyone and everything should be represented in their most authentic form there is.
